Senior HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager with 10+ years of HR experience to lead and manage the organisation’s HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management
- Manage employee relations, performance and HR policies
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations
- Develop and implement effective HR processes and policies
- Lead and support the HR team across the organisation

Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience
- Robust knowledge of HR operations, recruitment and compliance
- Excellent communication and people-management skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing HR for a large organisation or educational institution is preferred

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
