We are seeking an aggressive, target-driven, and high-energy
Business Development Associate (BDA)

with a strong
hunter + farmer

mindset. As a core member of our growth team, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales generation—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Proactively hunt for new IT and software business opportunities via cold calling, personalized email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and market research.
- Pipeline Management:

Build, qualify, and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Account Farming & Expansion:

Nurture existing client relationships to drive revenue through strategic cross-selling and upselling.
- Consultative Selling:

Analyze client technical/business requirements and present tailored IT software solutions.




- Pitching & Negotiation:

Conduct product demos, pitch presentations, commercial negotiations, and close deals efficiently.
- Sales Operations:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports to leadership.
- Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Key Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience

in B2B sales, preferably within IT, Software Solutions, or Tech Services.
- Demonstrated
hunter and farmer attitude

with a relentless focus on closing deals.
- Resilient and comfortable handling cold outreach, prospecting, and rejection.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
