Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Hotel Trainees to gain practical experience across various departments of the hotel. The trainee will receive hands-on exposure to hotel operations and work under the guidance of experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist team members in day-to-day hotel operations.
- Gain practical exposure to Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, HR and other departments.
- Support daily operational tasks as assigned by the department supervisor.
- Maintain professional grooming, discipline and guest-service standards.
- Assist in providing excellent guest service.
- Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Learn hotel procedures, systems and operational practices.




- Complete assigned training activities and responsibilities.
- Maintain a positive and qualified attitude throughout the training period.

Eligibility
- Students pursuing Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or related courses.
- Freshers and students looking for industrial training/internship are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Flexible to work in different hotel departments and shifts.
