About the Role

Urban Smith is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and lead coordination for our premium furniture business.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.

Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements.

Follow up on leads, quotations, and showroom visits.

Maintain customer details and update CRM records.

Coordinate with the sales team and schedule customer appointments.

Build valuable relationships with customers and generate repeat enquiries.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or interiors/furniture is preferred.

Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Ability to follow up consistently and achieve targets.
