About your team

Corporate Enablers Technology encompasses four distinct portfolios: Chief Finance Officer (CFO), Chief People Officer (CPO), General Counsel (GC), and Corporate Property Services (CPS). We provide the underlying technology for managing for example Fidelity’s core finance, HR, procurement, legal, risk and compliance, statutory reporting, real estate management, global security, and business continuity processes.

About your role
As the Manager Business Analyst within the on Corporate Property Services (CPS) technology team,



you will be responsible for end-to-end analysis of complex business requirements and the design of high-quality solutions that align system capabilities, data capabilities, and business objectives. You will play a critical role in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product, Technology, and external vendors to ensure effective solution delivery. This role requires a strong blend of business and technical analysis skills, deep understanding of processes and data, and the ability to drive clarity and execution within an agile delivery environment. This role will entail forging close working relationships with our colleagues in Corporate Property Services.
