Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of 6 sales professionals.
- Set monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Monitor daily activities, follow-ups, and productivity.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance meetings.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve conversions.
- Recruit, train, and develop new sales executives whenever required.

Sales Management
- Handle high-value customers and strategic deals.
- Support the team in closing complex negotiations.
- Drive sales for:
- New Launch Projects
- Builder Floor Projects
- Luxury Residential
- Commercial Properties
- SCO
- Plots
- Resale Properties
- Investment Opportunities

Business Development
- Generate business through references, networking, channel partners, and existing clients.
- Develop relationships with developers and strategic partners.
- Identify current business opportunities and market trends.

Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with HNI clients and investors.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey.




- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Generate repeat business and referrals.

Sales Operations
- Monitor CRM usage and sales reporting.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer database management.
- Maintain booking documentation and sales MIS.
- Coordinate with developers and internal departments.

Market Knowledge
