We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities, supervise workers, maintain product quality, minimize wastage, and ensure production targets are achieved safely and on time.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing.
- Experience in fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, paver blocks, precast products, or construction material manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to supervise and manage production workers effectively.
- Basic understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Ability to identify basic machine-related issues and coordinate with maintenance.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining production and attendance records.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and assign work to employees in advance.




- Ensure monthly production targets are achieved on time.
- Conduct weekly product quality checks and inspect finished products before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures.
- Monitor machine oil levels, bolts, and report machine issues.
- Reduce raw material and brick wastage.
- Coordinate with the JCB operator and ensure required spare parts are available.
- Maintain employee attendance and daily production records.
- Report production, quality, and machine issues to management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
