Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. The Busines Dvelopment Executive will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a telesales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Daily responsibilities include team supervision, coaching and mentoring team members, reviewing team performance, and analyzing key sales metrics.



The role also involves developing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively manage interactions with clients and team members
- Build a sales team ground up
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance and generate actionable insights
- Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to mentor and guide a team to success
- Proven ability to motivate teams to meet and exceed sales goals
- Time management and organizational skills to effectively handle multiple priorities
- Previous telesales or supervisory experience is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus

Salary = 15-25K (Fixed) + Daily Incentives on targets achieved

Timings = 10AM-7PM, Mon-Sat
