- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules covering all construction activities.
- Develop baseline schedules and update them regularly based on actual site progress.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
- Coordinate with project, site, MEP, procurement, design, and execution teams for timely completion of activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Identify the critical path and highlight activities that may impact project timelines.
- Conduct regular progress review meetings and maintain MOM and action trackers.
- Monitor manpower, material, and resource requirements in line with project schedules.
- Review actual progress, productivity, and planned quantities to identify variances.
- Maintain proper planning documentation and project records.
- Support management in forecasting project completion dates and key milestones.
- Ensure planning activities are aligned with project objectives, contractual requirements, and approved timelines.
- Solid knowledge of construction planning and project scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
