About the Role

NEXA CORE HR PVT. LTD. is looking for a confident, well-presented, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our corporate client network and establish business tie-ups with different companies.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients through field visits, calls, networking, and referrals.
- Establish and maintain corporate tie-ups for the company’s HR and consultancy services.
- Visit companies and meet HR professionals, business owners, and key decision-makers.
- Present company services and understand client requirements.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, negotiate, and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly business development and sales targets.




- Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and client conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Submit regular reports on business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA/HR/Marketing background preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professionally presentable.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling for corporate meetings.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in corporate sales, business development, or consultancy is an advantage.
