Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective customers, handling real estate enquiries, making outbound and follow-up calls, understanding customer requirements, arranging and accompanying customers on property site visits, explaining projects and properties, and converting leads into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, presentable, persuasive, and comfortable communicating with customers both over the phone and in person.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type, plot size, investment purpose, and preferred timeline.
- Explain available properties, projects, locations, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details to customers.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate property/site visits.
- Accompany customers during site visits and explain the property, location, development, amenities, and investment potential.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Generate new leads through calling, networking, references, local market activity, and other marketing activities.
- Follow up with customers after site visits and work towards converting enquiries into bookings/sales.
- Assist customers during the negotiation and booking process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, documentation, and management teams.
