Job Description – HR Payroll Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll activities, employee attendance, leave, statutory compliance, and payroll-related HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian payroll processes and be comfortable working with HRMS/payroll software.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
- Collect and verify monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, LOP, overtime, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Maintain employee salary and payroll records in the HRMS/payroll system.
- Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable statutory deductions and compliances.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, salary statements, bank statements, and MIS reports.
- Generate and verify employee payslips, salary certificates, Form 16, and other payroll documents.




- Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F;) for employees leaving the organization.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for salary processing and disbursement.
- Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, leave, attendance, PF, ESI, and other payroll matters.
- Verify payroll data and identify discrepancies before final payroll processing.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing payroll-related records and documents.
- Coordinate with HRMS/payroll software support teams to resolve system-related issues.
- Ensure employee attendance, leave, and payroll data are properly updated in the system.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll-related statutory requirements and labour regulations.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Indian payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with PF, ESI, PT, TDS
