Role Descriptions
"A minimum of 2-4 years of industry experience is required with at least 2 years of Package Development experience and using CAD appliications. Specific experience within the Consumer| OTC| or Pharmaceutical industry is must. GMP experience is must. Experience in a highly regulated environment is preferred. Demonstrated technical knowledge related to package materials| equipment| testing and package development is required.Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal| state and local laws/regulations| the Companies policies| procedures and guidelines| this position is required to: oPlan and execute package engineering assignments concerned with large life cycle management initiatives. oEngage in the development of the material and structural aspects of packages| including Primary| Secondary & Tertiary materials to ultimately deliver a robust packaging system to the market.



oDesign| Create & approve component drawings & specifications. Work closely with R&D; for primary components design and product related changes.oDevelop| write| gain cross-functional alignment| and route for approval package development documentation that captures the end-to-end project specific information. (Examples of documentation: Package Component Drawings & Specifications| Package Development Assessment and Plan documents| Packaging Line Trial Protocols and Reports| Package Development Reports| etc.)oLead packaging development projects.oDetermine and coordinate physical testing to ensure product and package integrity for manufacturing through end users. oLead troubleshooting in the resolution of packaging related issues in manufacturing and the field. oExecute packaging projects in compliance with government and corporate guidelines. oExecute package line trials and package testing.ocGMP (Current Positive Manufactu
