About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels. Generate, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales process. Contact potential clients and understand their business needs. Schedule meetings and product/service presentations with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations when required. Negotiate with clients and work toward closing deals. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Provide regular reports on business development activities and sales performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required. 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
