Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner BFSI

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and agile HR professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while also partnering with business teams on key HR and employee-related matters.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Talent Acquisition along with hands-on experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably within the BFSI / Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements through candidate onboarding.
- Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define suitable hiring strategies.
- Source and identify candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, internal databases, and other channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.




- Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Manage candidate engagement, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future business requirements.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and regular hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand people-related requirements and provide effective HR support.
- Act as a key HR point of contact for assigned business teams.
- Support various stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, internal movements, and separation.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations and people-related matters.
