Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and empathetic Student Counselor / Academic Counselor to join our Thrissur branch. In this role, you will interact with prospective students and parents, understand their creative career goals, guide them through our specialized design and media courses, and convert walk-ins and inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Course Counseling: Interact with prospective candidates and parents to explain various creative courses (Graphic Design, Animation, VFX, UI/UX, Game Design) and career paths in the creative industry.




- Lead Handling & Follow-up: Promptly address walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and website leads.
- Student Onboarding: Guide prospective students through the admission process, course fee structures, and financial assistance options (such as NSDC education loans).
- Database Management: Maintain updated records of candidate inquiries, follow-up statuses, and conversions using internal management tracking.
- Relationship Building: Build trust with students and parents through transparent guidance and personalized support.
- Branch Coordination: Coordinate with the branch head and faculty team to meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets.

Key Requirements
- Education: Graduation in any stream (degree or diploma).
- Experience: 1–3 years in educational counseling, academic sales, front-office handling, or customer service (Freshers with exceptional communication skills can also apply).
