Key Responsibilities

● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business
requirements.
● Create comprehensive Use Cases, User Stories, SRS/BRDs.
● Design workflow diagrams, process maps, and data flow diagrams to visualize
requirements and processes.
● Conduct functional, API, and integration testing for system validation.
● Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze data and support decision-making.
● Use MS Excel to build reports, perform analysis, and summarize insights.
● Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth project
execution.
● Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements.
● Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups.
● Prepare user manuals, training materials, and support UAT activities.
● Maintain proper documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications





● Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst in a software/product-based workplace.

● BE/B.Tech (Computer Science/IT or related disciplines), MCA, or equivalent.
● Strong experience in writing Use Cases, SRS, and BRDs.
● Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations).
● Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, etc.).
● Practical experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
● Experience in integration/system testing with knowledge of RESTful APIs.
● Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Visio for flow diagrams.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Highly organized, confident, positive, and self-driven.
● Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
