- Design and implement scalable
HAM/SAM solutions
on the ServiceNow platform.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and manage
customizations and integrations

- Provide technical guidance on JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Design asset lifecycle, software entitlement and license management solutions.
- Ensure integration between HAM/SAM, CMDB, Discovery and other ServiceNow modules.
- Conduct technical design and code reviews.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices and minimize unnecessary customization.
