Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a target-driven Sr. Executive Sales to manage and grow business for Polyester Textured Yarn (PTY) in the Tiruppur textile market. The role involves regular field engagement with knitting units, weavers, and traders, along with disciplined reporting and pipeline management through CRM
- Manage and grow customer relationships: frequently visit customers, dealers and distributors to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction through timely product supply and service.
- Achieve sales targets: develop recent customers, expand market share (including rural markets), convert leads into orders, and secure repeat business.
- Plan and execute field activity: prepare and follow daily/weekly/monthly sales and travel plans to maximize customer coverage and opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functionally: communicate customer requirements to operations, accounts, and support teams to ensure accurate stock, timely deliveries, and effective service.
- Pricing and profitability: consult with superiors on transaction-level pricing,



make decisions to retain key accounts while protecting margins.
- Collections and working capital: ensure timely payment collection to improve cash flow and reduce financing costs.
- Market intelligence and promotion: gather market feedback, build dealer/manufacturer/exporter networks, lead promotional activities, trade fair participation, and technical product presentations.
- Project and product support: lead new product/project implementations, provide technical details, price lists, and coordinate with principals for pricing, volume and delivery support.
- Reporting and compliance: maintain MIS, submit accurate field reports on time, and participate actively in review and cross-functional meetings.
- Personal development and stakeholder relations: maintain relations with industry bodies/unions, seek feedback, and continuously develop capabilities through training and on-the-job learning.
