Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote Codestrela’s services in Business Applications, Product Development, Offshore Development, and Web/E‑Commerce solutions.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and following up to close deals. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to understand client requirements, maintaining accurate sales records and reports, and contributing to sales strategies and market outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Ability to understand and present software solutions related to Business Applications, Product Development, Offshore Development, and Web/E‑Commerce.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a professional client-facing demeanor.
- Basic understanding of IT and software development concepts to translate client needs into solution offerings.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications for tracking leads,
