About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional with 3+ years of experience to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, revenue growth, and ROAS through data-driven digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, analytics, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, conversions, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and other KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Create and manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.




- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on changes in advertising platforms, tracking, attribution, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.(Mandatory)
- Valuable understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and attribution.
- Experience managing and optimizing significant advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Good understanding of landing page optimization, funnels, remarketing, and CRO.
- Strong communication and presentation
