Job Summary

Graphonet Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–6 years of relevant experience to manage and oversee the company's financial accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, auditing, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Regular meeting and Reply of all queries raised by all govt financial department like GST ETC ETC state and interstate .
- Should be authorized to issue certificates required by Govt department.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash-flow statements.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Review ledgers, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial records.




- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and banking transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with accounts team for periodic financial and management reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Educational Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified from ICAI.
- 5–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Auditing, and Financial Reporting.
- Excellent command of accounting
