Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mannarkkad Palakkad. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and actively generate leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels.



Responsibilities include presenting Magnus Career Solutions’ services to prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, and proposing tailored solutions that align with their career goals. The role involves maintaining strong account relationships, tracking client interactions in CRM tools, preparing regular sales reports, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to improve service offerings and client experience.
