Job Summary

Musks & Fragrance is looking for a Female Sales Coordinator to support our sales and indenting operations in the Aroma & Essential Oils business.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, preparing indents, maintaining sales reports, handling documentation, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and team regarding orders and requirements.
- Prepare and process Indents & Purchase order accurately and on time.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in MS Excel.
- Prepare quotations, order summaries, sales statements, and other sales-related documents.
- Handle sales-related documentation and record keeping.
- Maintain and update customer and product records.
- Prepare professional presentations using MS PowerPoint.
- Use MS Word for letters, reports, and business documentation.
- Follow up on pending orders,



deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for smooth order processing.
- Maintain proper filing of sales documents and records.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the sales team/management.

Required Skills
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare and maintain sales reports.
- Good knowledge of documentation and data entry.
- Ability to prepare indents and order-related documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of the Aroma & Essential Oils industry will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, sales support, documentation, or indenting will be preferred.
