Role Description
The Home Room Teacher at ZAYOK NEXUS is a part-time, remote role responsible for guiding and supporting learners in an online classroom environment. Day-to-day tasks include leading virtual homeroom sessions, monitoring learner progress, and facilitating a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere.



The Home Room Teacher will communicate regularly with learners and families, provide feedback on academic and personal development, and coordinate with subject teachers to ensure consistent support. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, using digital tools to organize schedules and learning resources, and promoting engagement through interactive activities. The role requires a proactive, empathetic approach to mentoring and a commitment to the platform’s learner-first values.
