Role Description
The Customer Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, focused on building and maintaining solid relationships with truckers, fleet owners, and other platform users. This role involves engaging with customers on a daily basis to understand their business needs, onboard them to the BlackBuck platform,



and guide them through available digital solutions. The officer will handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a smooth experience across services such as load discovery, payments, and financing. Responsibilities include promoting relevant products, supporting sales initiatives, collecting feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires consistent documentation of interactions, adherence to company policies, and proactive communication to strengthen long-term partnerships.
