About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across non-IT, technical, project and site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Handle non-IT and bulk hiring for technical, project, site and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment agencies.
- Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiations, candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
