Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to manage and oversee the complete accounting operations of the organization. The candidate should have strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, Tally, and advanced Excel functions. The role requires leadership skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle financial operations independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow, and ledger management
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances
- Prepare and verify payroll-related accounting entries
- Generate MIS reports and financial analysis using Excel
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants




- Supervise accounting staff and ensure smooth department operations
- Monitor budgeting and expense control activities
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support management with financial planning and decision-making reports

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
- Expert in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS Reporting, Formulas, Data Analysis)
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Leadership and team management abilities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
