General Manager – Civil

Location: Bangalore - Yelahanka & Hormavu Projects
Experience: 15+ Years
Department: Engineering & Construction

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale residential, commercial & infrastructure projects from start to completion.
- Drive project planning, execution, timelines, quality, safety and cost control.
- Review budgets, BOQs, master schedules, contractor bills and change orders.
- Lead Project Managers, Engineers and site teams; coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities.
- Monitor risks, resolve project issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Represent the civil function in client and senior management meetings.

Requirements:




- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive knowledge of Primavera/MS Project and AutoCAD.
- M.E./M.Tech/MBA or PMP certification will be an added advantage.
- High-rise residential project experience preferred/mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
