Mahasakthi Group is seeking an experienced Legal Officer to manage legal and regulatory matters related to real estate and property development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for land due diligence, title verification, contract drafting, legal compliance, litigation support, and coordination with government authorities to ensure smooth execution of real estate transactions and projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal due diligence of land and property documents.
- Verify title deeds, sale deeds, parent documents, encumbrance certificates, patta, survey records, approvals, and other property-related documents.
- Coordinate land and property registration processes and documentation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements including sale agreements, sale deeds, development agreements, joint venture agreements, lease agreements, MoUs, Power of Attorney (POA), construction agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with advocates, legal consultants, registration offices, revenue authorities, local bodies, and government departments.




- Handle legal notices, disputes, claims, and litigation matters in coordination with external counsel.
- Support the company in obtaining and maintaining statutory and project-related approvals.
- Manage legal documentation related to real estate development projects.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and handle related documentation and correspondence.
- Assess legal risks associated with land acquisition, development, and property transactions.
- Maintain records and databases of legal documents, agreements, registrations, approvals, and litigation matters.
- Provide legal opinions and advisory support to management on property and business-related matters.
- Monitor pending legal cases and ensure timely follow-up with concerned authorities and advocates.
- Liaise with government officials and regulatory authorities as required.
