*Job Summary*

We are looking for an experi and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new markets, and build strong B2B relationships in the home furnishing and corporate gifting industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, expanding the dealer/distributor network, developing institutional and corporate clients, and achieving revenue targets.

*Key Responsibilities*

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, retailers, wholesalers, architects, interior designers, hotels, corporate gifting companies, and institutional clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.





Explore new markets and territories for company products.

Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, exhibitions, digital platforms, and other channels.

Conduct product presentations and business meetings with potential clients.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, orders, and business agreements.

Coordinate with sales, production, dispatch, and management teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

Develop strategies for increasing product visibility and market penetration.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports to management.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue targets.

Identify opportunities for bulk, institutional, project, and corporate orders.

Handle client concerns professionally and ensure long-term business relationships.
