Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounts and Operations Executive to handle daily accounting operations, statutory compliances, import-export and remittance compliance, warehouse and stock operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime / MargBooks / ERP.
- Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries, and vouchers.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with timely follow-ups.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor petty cash and prepare periodic summaries.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

GST & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)



and conduct 2B reconciliation.
- Handle E-way bills, E-invoice and maintain proper GST documentation.
- Manage TDS compliance and related filings.
- Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and respond to audit queries.

Import & Export Compliance and Remittance
- Handle import and export documentation including Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, invoice, and packing list.
- Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents) and freight forwarders for smooth clearance of import/export shipments.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, FEMA, and customs regulations for cross-border transactions.
- Process outward and inward remittances through banks, including Form A1, FIRC, and BRC documentation, in coordination with authorized dealers.
- Track and reconcile import duty payments and IGST on imports, and verify customs valuation.

Sales, Purchase Accounting
- Record B2B sales and purchase transactions.
- Track paym
