Job Summary

Blackstone Group of Technology is seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations skilled with strong expertise in employee engagement, organizational development, employee enrichment activities, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, Tamil, and Hindi, with good knowledge of the New Labour Codes and strong employee-handling and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR Operations and employee-related activities.
- Drive Organizational Development (OD) initiatives.
- Plan and execute Employee Engagement and Employee Enrichment Activities.
- Act as a troubleshooter for employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Handle employee grievances and support effective conflict resolution.
- Develop and maintain positive employee relations.
- Implement HR policies, processes, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Support employee communication and improve overall employee experience.




- Ensure HR processes are aligned with applicable New Labour Codes and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with management and employees to resolve HR-related concerns effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA – HR / MSW / MA – HR.
- Qualification must be from a Regular course – Distance/Online education is not preferred.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Strong experience in OD, Employee Engagement, and Employee Enrichment Activities.
- Strong employee-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English & Tamil .
- Good knowledge of New Labour Codes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle employee grievances and workplace concerns effectively.
- Recruitment-focused experience is not required/preferred.
- Additional certified courses related to HR, Employee Engagement, OD, or Employee Relations will be an added advanta
