Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for day-to-day Production, Safety, Maintenance, Quality, Dispatch

Expertise in Lean Manufacturing practices (Kaizen,5S, Six Sigma)

. Sun screen experience preferred Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement and implement.

Expertise in ISO systems, EFFCI/USFDA /GMP as per Company /Statutory Guideline.

Experience in Liquid Solid Raw material , Hydrogenation and finish products

Experience in Hydrogenation, Distillation, crystallisation, drying, powder packing.

Monitoring systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets.

Drive demand forecasting and develop and monitor the implementation of production roadmap, rationalize production quantities, resource utilization and efficient supply chain

Job Requirements :
- 15-24 years of experience in factory operations or plant management in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid knowledge of GMP regulations and PESO guidelines for chemical manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
