Role & responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the smooth functioning of CNC machines, SPMs and industrial machinery.
- Conduct machine demonstrations and technical presentations for customers visiting the facility.
- Assist customers in understanding machine features, operations and capabilities.
- Support the team during machine installation, commissioning and customer trials.
- Perform routine machine inspections, preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams during customer visits and machine prove-outs.
- Assist in machine testing and ensure machines are ready for demonstrations and dispatch.
- Provide basic technical support and training to customers on machine operations.
- Visit customer sites, when required, for installation support, machine demonstrations and after-sales assistance.




- Learn and work on CNC machines, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation systems and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
- Maintain machine performance records and report any technical issues to the engineering team.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance machine reliability and customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

-B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
-Solid fundamentals in mechanical engineering
-Understanding of manufacturing processes and machine components
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Willingness to learn, travel and work hands-on with machines
-Positive attitude and ownership mindset
