Job Purpose - Drive end-to-end recent product development for pet food (dry, wet, treats), focusing on formulation, innovation pipeline, and cost optimization. Ensure timely commercialization of products that meet nutritional, regulatory, quality, and profitability goals.

1. Research & Development
- Create and improve pet food recipes (dry, wet, treats) based on nutrition guidelines.
- Conduct trials and ensure products are safe, tasty, and long-lasting.
- Work with Quality and Regulatory teams for compliance and labelling.

2. Innovation
- Identify new trends and ideas for pet food products.




- Develop unique and functional products that stand out in the market.
- Collaborate with Marketing for product positioning and claims.

3. Cost Optimization
- Find ways to reduce product costs without compromising quality.
- Work with Procurement and Manufacturing to source cost-effective materials.
- Deliver measurable savings through smart formulation and packaging changes.

4. Project Management
- Manage timelines and coordinate with different teams.
- Prepare product specifications and documentation.
- Ensure smooth scale-up and launch of new products.
