Job Description:
- InfoBeans Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management modules. In this role, you will design complex IRM workflows, implement custom scripting, and seamlessly integrate ServiceNow IRM with internal and external enterprise systems to support business continuity, compliance, and risk management initiatives.

What will your role look like
- • Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance, VRM, Regulatory Change Management, and BCM.
- • Design and build IRM workflows,



scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
- • Configure notifications, SLAs, reporting, and script objects such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Flows.
- • Set up and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server integrations between ServiceNow IRM and external systems.
- • Perform data imports and exports while ensuring data integrity and alignment with IRM processes.
- • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in requirements workshops, design sessions, and sprint planning.
- • Provide technical guidance, best practice expertise, and application troubleshooting for ServiceNow IRM capabilities.
