About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our PCD Pharma business. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through outbound calls, developing relationships with PCD distributors, pharma franchise partners, stockists, and potential customers, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective PCD Pharma distributors, franchise partners, stockists, and medical business associates.
- Generate leads through calling, references, databases, and online sources.
- Explain the company's PCD products, product range, pricing, schemes, margins, and business opportunities to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/product ranges.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a proper lead/follow-up database.




- Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders and new business partners.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing distributors and customers.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Dispatch, Accounts, and Sales teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries regarding products, availability, pricing, schemes, and order status.
- Maintain daily calling and sales activity reports.
- Monitor pending leads, follow-ups, quotations, and orders.
- Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of the company's PCD network.
- Collect market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, products, and customer requirements.
