Role Description
The Cluster Manager – First Mile Operations is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing first mile logistics operations across an assigned cluster.



This role focuses on managing daily pickup operations, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements, optimizing route planning, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Cluster Manager will coordinate with warehouse teams, courier partners, and local operations staff to resolve issues, reduce delays, and improve first mile performance metrics. Responsibilities include monitoring data and dashboards, implementing process improvements, managing staffing and resource allocation, and enforcing safety and compliance guidelines. The role also involves regular reporting, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support overall network performance and business growth.
