About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Executive – Europe
to join our international travel operations team at
Vacations Madcap
.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of
European destinations, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, itineraries and ground operations
, along with excellent coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end operations for
Europe holiday packages
.
- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, transport providers and other suppliers.
- Prepare and manage customised itineraries, quotations and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate bookings for hotels, transfers, sightseeing, activities and other services.
- Ensure all services are confirmed accurately and within timelines.
- Handle amendments, cancellations and last-minute operational requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Maintain proper documentation and booking records.
- Monitor travel schedules and proactively resolve operational issues.




- Provide support to clients and internal teams before and during travel.
- Stay updated on European destinations, new experiences, hotels and travel regulations.

What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in international travel operations
, preferably handling Europe.
- Strong destination knowledge of countries such as
France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Greece, Austria, Germany, Netherlands and the UK
.
- Experience working with
DMCs and overseas suppliers
will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Valuable negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent travel requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- Prior experience with a travel company, tour operator or luxury travel agency is preferred.
