Senior Solar Consultant

Department: B2C Field Sales

Role Overview

We are hiring a high-performing Senior Solar Consultant to convert qualified homeowner leads into signed, executed EPC contracts. You'll conduct home visits, assess technical site suitability, present customized proposals, explain payback/ROI clearly,



and close the deal — owning the full sales cycle from qualified appointment to signature.

Key Responsibilities

*Consultative Pitching & Closing*
- Visit homeowner residences based on qualified appointments from the Inside Sales Executive; conduct technical consultations and close EPC contracts on-site wherever possible.
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners to establish trust and credibility — happy customers refer the next one.

*Site Assessment & Feasibility*
- Assess roof layout, shading, and electricity usage patterns to recommend the right system capacity (kW); check customer eligibility for GOI subsidies, loans, etc.

*Financial Analysis*
- Present ROI calculations, payback timelines, and PM-Surya Ghar subsidy advantages clearly to prospective buyers.

*Sales Closure*
- Prepare and present a customized proposal and pricing tier matched to the customer's budget.
