Location - Kurnool & Kakinada

The Executive or Senior Executive HR, IR & Admin is a site-based role. The role holder is responsible to facilitate the site level HR, IR & Admin initiatives, create an experience which the stakeholders can remember forever. You will also be responsible to implement initiatives which added value to the Project Execution and O&M; operations at sites.

We are looking for a HR person who is determined to make a change for the workplace and for the community at large.

The HR person would carry the great culture and values set by GPS Renewables and display in his/her character everyday at work.

Qualification & Experience:

1. MBA/MSW/Labour Certifications Equivalent to any HR Masters degree

2. Minimum three years of experience from a Construction or Manufacturing sector

3. Must have handled Contract Labour Management, BOCW Act, Statutory compliances as part of their existing or previous roles

Role & Responsibilities

Recruitment and On & Off boarding
- Recruitment coordination at sites for on & off-roll employees (Junior level)




- Onboarding new hires at sites – On & Off roll employees
- Ensuring that the new hires are provided with Joining kit, Uniform and IT Asset – Laptop as applicable
- Initiate and complete exit formalities for relieving employees

Compliances
- Managing the attendance records for GPS on roll, off roll and sub-contractor employees at sites
- Managing the sub-contractor at sites and ensure that they maintain 100% compliances at site and provide adequate support
- Ensuring that the sub-contractors are adhering to all IR compliances requirements and providing adequate support to them and ensure that the data maintenance are in the respective Google drive
- Maintain and upload GPSR and Contractor compliance documents at clients portal as needed before the cut-off date
- Manage the labour inspector inspection with the Client PM or HR team as needed
