We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Site In- Charge (Civil)

with hands-on construction site experience to supervise ongoing projects and ensure quality execution of civil works.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams to ensure work is executed as perapproved drawings.

Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with engineering standards.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and the management team.





Monitor project progress and report daily site activities.

Verify measurements of completed work before submission.

Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of construction materials.

Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and other finishing works.

Identify site issues and coordinate for quick resolution.

Ensure safety standards and housekeeping are maintained at the site.

Maintain daily site reports, photographs, and construction records.

Eligibility

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

3–8 years of experience in building construction projects.

Candidates with prior experience as a Site Engineer, Junior Engineer, or Foreman are preferred.

Experience in institutional, commercial, residential, or hospital projects will be an advantage.

Ability to read civil and architectural drawings.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
