Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sign-ups
- Follow up on leads assigned by the central team / Franchise Manager based on the candidate's known languages e.g., Telugu-speaking candidates handle Andhra Pradesh/Telangana clients, Kannada-speaking candidates handle Karnataka clients, and Hindi-speaking candidates handle Hindi-belt clients maintaining consistent connect across the assigned markets.
- Identify potential franchise prospects through referrals and local outreach.
- Assist in conducting sales pitches and initial discussions with prospective partners, in both English and Tamil as needed.

2. Operational Support & Handover
- Support the Franchise Manager in identifying and evaluating properties against company site-selection criteria (footfall,



catchment demographics, competitor mapping, rental benchmarks).
- Track franchise fee collection timelines and follow up on pending payments/documentation from partners.
- Assist in distributing the Franchise Manual and onboarding essentials to recent partners in the region.

3. Sales Administration & Compliance
- Update and maintain the Lead Management System (LMS) on a daily basis for all leads assigned, including those from other language-based markets.
- Support funnel management and follow-up cadence for active leads across assigned markets.
- Collect and verify KYC documents of prospective channel partners; submit to HO for MOU/Agreement processing.

5. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly activity and funnel reports for the Franchise Manager, covering all assigned markets.
- Escalate operational bottlenecks or partner concerns in a timely manner.
