The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content formats and platform behaviour, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's
social media presence
across relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute
social media calendars, campaigns and content strategies
.
- Create and coordinate engaging content including posts, reels, stories and campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Execute and optimise
paid campaigns
on Meta and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct basic
SEO, keyword and competitor research
.
- Track campaign performance, audience engagement, leads and conversions.
- Analyse insights and use data to improve content and campaign performance.
- Stay updated with
social media trends, digital marketing practices and platform updates
.




- Coordinate with designers, content creators and internal teams for timely execution.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of
Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
.
- Working knowledge of
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
.
- Basic knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics
.
- Understanding of SEO, content strategy and digital campaign optimisation.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Solid communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with
Canva and AI-powered marketing/content tools
is an advantage.

Experience & Qualification
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
in Social Media or Digital Marketing preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge, certifications or relevant project experience may also be considered.
