Position: Regional Collection Manager – Secured Loans

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional collections for the Secured Loan portfolio.
- Drive collection and recovery targets across the assigned region.
- Manage and motivate Area/Branch Collection Managers and field teams.
- Monitor overdue, delinquency, DPD and recovery performance.
- Develop effective collection strategies to improve portfolio quality.
- Manage field agencies, collection vendors and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with collection policies and regulatory guidelines.




- Analyse MIS and collection performance and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with business, credit and operations teams for resolution of delinquent accounts.

Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years of experience in collections, preferably in Secured Loans / LAP / Home Loans.
- Strong experience in regional/team management and field collections.
- Good knowledge of collection processes, recovery strategies and portfolio management.
- Robust leadership, communication and analytical skills.
