Role Description
The Fashion Designer will work on-site in Jaipur in a full time capacity,



contributing to the design and development of high-fashion collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing designs, creating sketches and technical drawings, selecting fabrics and trims, and collaborating with sampling and production teams to ensure design integrity. The role involves overseeing fittings, refining garment construction details, and working closely with embroidery and textile specialists to translate design concepts into finished products. The Fashion Designer will also monitor trends, develop seasonal themes, and align designs with brand standards and production capabilities, while maintaining quality and cost parameters.
