Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer calls, WhatsApp and emails
2. Resolve customer queries and complaints on time
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
4. Do regular follow-ups for feedback and satisfaction
5. Update CRM and maintain customer records
6. Coordinate with sales and operations team
7. Achieve daily/monthly customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
1. Valuable communication skills in Tamil & English
2. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office
3. CRM experience preferred, Freshers can apply
4. Customer-focused, patient and target-driven
5. Any Degree / Diploma
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
