We are seeking a proactive and articulate Telesales Executive to handle customer communications, lead follow-ups, and sales coordination. In this role, you will manage daily calling operations, maintain continuous follow-ups with prospective buyers, send professional email correspondence, and keep our CRM system accurately updated. You will also serve as a key bridge between customers and senior sales team members to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

*1. Customer Calling & Outreach:*
Conduct regular calls to fresh leads sourced from digital campaigns, IndiaMART, and other B2B platforms to evaluate requirements and purchase intent.

*2. Continuous Follow-Ups:*
Maintain structured, persistent follow-up via phone and email to keep leads warm and move deals forward.

*3. Sales Coordination:*
Act as the direct coordinator between customers and Senior Sales Executives/Managers—scheduling meetings, sharing technical details, and facilitating smooth handoffs.

*4. Email Communication:*
Draft and send clear, skilled email follow-ups, price quotations, meeting summaries,



and promotional materials.

*5. CRM Management:*
Rigorously update the CRM software with call notes, customer details, lead status, next steps, and pipeline stages in real time.

*6. Pipeline Support:*
Track customer responses, handle initial objections, and ensure no sales lead falls through the cracks.

Requirements & Qualifications

*1. Experience:* 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or sales support.

*2. Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner.

*3. Organizational Ability:* Strong multi-tasking and follow-up management skills with high attention to detail.

*4. Tech Proficiency:* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard email/office tools.
