We are hiring for a Vadodara-based specialized advanced composites manufacturing company focused on providing customized, Engineer-to-Order (ETO) solutions.

The company works with a wide range of advanced composite materials and manufacturing processes and caters to diverse sectors including drones, robotics, underwater vehicles, medical equipment, renewables, railways, marine and space applications.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Accountant / Accountant with at least 1 year of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities.

The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Tally and MS Excel and be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries in Tally.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices and accounting documentation.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.




- Assist with bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Prepare basic accounting reports and MIS.
- Maintain accounting data and reports in MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required accounting documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts / Accounting.
- Hands-on proficiency in Tally is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.

Education

B.Com / M.Com / BBA / equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting.
